Before the season

You will need to register you players on FA Whole Game system (WGS)

Please note that any player born outside of England will need to be granted International Clearance. This is required for them to be fully registered to the club and play games.

Allow 30 days from when you apply for the clearance to be granted. Leagues may not approve player registrations without this being in place.

Update Pitchero manager (for parents and players)

Before gameday

Update Fulltime with Pitch and KO time FA Fulltime (admin rights required)

Review pitch and Kick off time allocation

Send match details of Clayfield Copse to away team and referee.

Pay referee fees, £30 home game, £15 cup game

After match:
Update Fulltime with scores
Check FA Fulltime for fixtures.
Send match details of Clayfield copse to away team and referee.

Referees

Female Teams (U13's and below) have 4 options for Refs 
1) Allocated by the league (BCGFL) but this can be inconsistent, particularly at the younger age groups 
2) Organising their own regular Ref 
3) The BCGFL referee coordinator has a pool of Refs they can allocate if needed bcgfl@cavershamafc.co.uk
4) If the mixed teams/older female teams Ref allocator is specifically asked he can try to allocate a Ref pitchbookings@cavershamafc.co.uk .
