Due to the recent increase in misconduct by Club Members and new measures taken by the Football Association (FA) to tackle, amongst other issues, abusive behaviour towards players and match officials; the club’s Executive Committee (ExCo) has decided to formulate a disciplinary policy.

It is hoped that by illustrating to club members the seriousness with which the Club Committee view discipline, we can better adhere to FA respect and code of conduct guidelines. The Discipline Policy is separate to the Complaints Policy which can also be utilised in conjunction with this policy when necessary.

This policy applies to match days from the moment a person connected to CAFC arrives at a football ground to when they leave. This includes but not limited to player and/or parent and/or guardian and/or spectator and/or other person. It also can apply to training.
