Soccer Coaching Podcast
These podcast is highly recommended. The host is a grassroots football coach not far from here who is passionate about improving the game at grassroots level. They are very listenable and have some great guests on there. This podcast was the biggest influence of my own coaching experience
Episodes are monthly so there is a huge variety or resource in there. Pick the episode that looks most relevant and give it a listen.
The book recommendations are nearly all from this Podcast - so grab one of the recommended books and find the related podcast to help bring the book to life. For example the Excellent Scoreboard Soccer book by David Baird is discussed in Episode 52, whilst Peter Prickett's enjoyable Principles of Play book is discussed in Episode 78

Similar content to above but the host challenges the guests more, and it is a little more serious. Give both a listen and see which approach you prefer. Weekly episode so loads of content.
The Grassroots Football Coach
Run by the local Berks and Bucks FA. Lots of chats with ex-pros and current Academy coaches, including those at Reading FC.
Coachcast
A good starting point with some interesting chats on the basics. It's not quite as fluent as the others but more than worth a listen.
